This is my 2nd grow of romulan & my last. I had the same prob w/ mine and thought it was mold but now looking at yours maybe its the strain. I have had nothing but problems w/ mine ( bugs, powdery mildew...) I know it was meant as an outside plant so maybe thats why but I think I will stick to the choc chunk.

Sometimes you can get a weak clone which will have genetic drift I think, which could make it weak and susceptible the rest of it's life along with cuttings taken from that weak plant. Now maybe it's just the strain, your right, but not all pot grows the same now! There may be nothing wrong it just may have different needs. Some may take more nitrogen, seems like this ones just a heavier feeder than your chocolate chunk with nitrogen and what not. Up your dosage for this strain. Romulan is Indoor/Outdoor I'm sure, heavy Sativa's are the ones usually suggested for outdoor. Let me know when you up your grow nutrients and post back pics if the spots don't improve. If u don't mix fertilizer in your water you can try mixing bat guano in the top of your soil or start mixing some in your soil for rom, if your doing that I recommend dolomite lime to stabalize pH too.
