Whats with these leafs?

Whats with the flat spiney leaf tips on the left and right? Is this normal? If not what might it be, because the leaves are begining to yellow/brown at those tips.

The leaves have been like that since it was really young and the other ones are coming in fine so fare, but the other plants don't have those flat tips so just figured I would ask.

Not sure. Seems to look a little deformed but nothing I would be too concerned with yet. If it progresses then we need to start looking closer. But deformities happen, usually no biggies.
