you appear to be an overwaterer from the looks of this droopy plant. Tell me please how you determine it is time to water, and how much do you give when you do? Do the leaves ever lift up, like right after watering?
we had just raised the light intensity for a two days before we raised the lights but temps got up to 83-84, Very little nutes to date, less then 1/2 recommended FF dose and only once a week. Very careful not to over water, waited till dry. Odd thing is her sister isn't showing anything is wrong but she is 2" shorter

It's not over watering. Not with that amount of perlite and size of plant. I would raise them off the floor so they don't stay in stagnant runoff water when you water/feed them.
Other than that it's always a good deal to decrease light intensity while you let plants recover from stress. They dont need much in terms of light to flourish in veg.
