New grower with some questions, I just ordered a hydro system online. I am new to growing, i currently have 3 plants in the flowering phase, they are in soil. My question is the guy I bought from said its a bubbler system not a drip system. My question is what is the differences, its a 6 unit setup how will the plants get nutes and H2O through the reservoir to each individual plant? . He says it does not use a water pump it uses a air pump. Can anyone explain what I just purchased. LOL

What is a Bubbler/DWC?

In a bubbler there is no water pump because there isnt any flooding of any sort. Just water(nutrient solution) that is constantly being oxygenenated with air pumps.

Another question, how will the plants get the nutes and H2O from the reservoir ? lets say a new seedling just starting to sprout, if the water in the reservoir is at a certain level and the plants are sitting on the top of the reservoir with the roots not making contact with the water ?
