There are a staggering amount of "pet names" for our crop.

I would like to list all that I know and would like you guys to add to it if you so choose. There could be a few regional terms some of us haven't heard yet? That's what makes it fun and interesting.

This reminds me of this story (kinda fits the topic, I think)

My grandmother was visiting from out of town for my HS graduation. When my mom couldn't stand it anymore, she escaped to the 2nd floor for an attitude adjustment. The only thing my grandmother said about it, once mom rejoined us... "what an amazing transformation"
So that's what we like to call it
