What's causing my leaves to look like this?

Hey 420. I've got some funky cabbage looking leaves happening on my Choc Mint OG. It started happening on the first single bladed leaf and is still happening some 3 weeks later.

I'm growing in DWC for the first time.
Res temp sits around 18C.
Currently have EC at 1.6.
I'm fighting pH rising from 5.5 to 7.0 over a 12 hour period.
Roots look and smell good

I've searched the forum and can't find anything like it. Could it just be genetics/mutation?

Thanks for looking

Cheers fellas

I'm using these nutrients at the moment. I can't get to the hydro shop under our lockdown restrictions otherwise I'd get something better. Also adding Cyco Zymes and Ryzofuel.

I'm at EC 1.6. Reckon I should I knock it back by 50% ? I have a Dinachem at the same EC and it's loving it.

Yeah, res was a bit cold when I took that pic. It's been sitting around 17-19 for the last couple of weeks.

Update on this girl.

I switched over to some cannabis nutes I had. It’s a local brand called Professors. I’ve been running them at 0.8 EC and everything looks OK. Roots look good. pH has been rising to 6.5 and I correct to 5.7.

I’m thinking I have a bit of a mutant on my hands. Check out the pics (sorry I’m shit at photos). So it’s kind of shoved out only one fan leaf at the nodes and almost looks like the leading growth tip is growing out of the fan leaf stem. Does that make sense?

I’m rethinking the training. I was thinking about starting her as a quadline then toppping each main once or twice.

I’ve topped it already and I t’s still got nodes 2, 3 & 4.

Has anyone seen growth like this before? Any suggestions on how to train her?

Kinda looks like alternating nodes which you expect to see on clones or sexually mature females. Just let it grow out and see what happens now. She’s looking healthy though
