What on earth is this? Help please

Hi All,was having a look around my plants and cam across this ,looks like a foam I guess it's a nasty pest any ideas ??? and strategy to get rid of it .

I would guess that the foam in question is from Spittlebugs. You can use an insecticidal soap, or Neem oil to be rid of the little buggers. Best of luck to you!

Cheers mate , yep man I freaked out when I saw the foam wiped the bugger off and plant given a dose of Neem oil all good .
