either downgrade on wattage or upgrade to super duper exhaust fan , but that light will cover a 2 meter x 2 meter room
better with 400 but still need good exhaust and intake fans

You'd probably be much better off swapping your HID light with LED. They do make LED bulbs that will fit and work in a HID fixture, without the need for the ballast.
a 400 watt hps will be fine in that space as long as you have adequate ventilation.
i have grown with them in similar size growspaces good intake and exhaust fans is the key to controlling the temp.
I have the same size tent, and 400w produced as much heat as 600w, so just get a good 5 inch in-line fan and a cool tube, then you can get the light down to a few inches above the canopy

I was going to say pretty much the same thing but since I never liked the reflectors on Cool Tubes, well, maybe other than one made by High Yield that has a decent reflector but the tube on that model is an eight inch tube so that opens a new can of worm for air intake and exhaust, so I was going to say buy a high quality glass enclosed reflective hood along with a good CFM inline fan.
