That would appear to be a Cannabis plant.
Really though, with the vast array strains out there nowadays, picture IDing a plant, especially one that isn't even flowering, is damn near impossible.

lol i did know it was a cannabis, yes i understand that you cant look at it & tell what it is :/ thanks anyways!
The best I can tell yo as that it appears to be a sativa dominant strain do to the narrow fan leafs you can see in the pictures. While there are some fat fingered leafs that I can see some what indicating that it has indica in it. But like I said it appears to be sativa dominant. Hope this helps a little.

It's a hybrid. Probably a so-called 8 weeks strain (which means 10 weeks from when you flip the photo-period).
