What kind of deficiency?

Hi, I am a newbie here, I got auto candy cane here and it's at the beginning of the fifth week. I noticed some spots on the leaves, but not sure what kind of deficiency those spots are. can anyone help me out? Thanks

They look fine to me. I wouldn't worry about a few tiny spots here and there

I agree. No problem here I don't think..I think that's just normal minor damage or imperfections.

Out of diligence, I would also check the underside of the leaves. Make sure no funny business is going on with pests.

Ya I'm with the others, just your basic plant dmg that periodically happens. If it was all over the leafs and spreading, then I'd be worried. They look healthy to me.
As long as your new growth isn't doing that too, you're ok.

No sweat. Battle scars, but do check under the leaves with a jewelers loupe for critters.
