Necrosis like that is usually phosphorus deficiency. Photo of whole plant would help. If you're growing in ground pH is probably not an issue but if you are in pots or raised beds check pH first. If pH is causing lockout then adding nutrients will just make it worse. If pH is okay then any fertilizer with phosphorus will help and also help any other deficiencies you may have.
