What is this deficiency?

The rest of the plant is fine, just those bottom leaves are showing those signs? Cause in my experience those bottom leaves do normally turn yellow, could be from touching the soil. The brown spots, they look like the exact thing that happened to my two plants right now.
The most common reason that plants' leaves turn yellow is because of moisture stress, which can be from either over watering or under watering. If you have a plant that has yellow leaves, check the soil in the pot to see if the soil is dry.
Your soil does look dry, but I’m not saying that’s the main issue here. First off I would check to make sure your soil ph should be sitting where it needs to be.
While your determining that, let me pick your brain a bit here lol. When you water them, do you water the entire surface of the soil?

Yes i water the entire surface of the soil until runoff and i wait till the pot is light before water again

With mine I narrowed the problem down to it being root bound, needed a transplant. I mistaken it for a nutrient lockout situation, there for made it worse by prolonging the transplant and treating it thinking it had a lock out situation there for giving it moisture problems.. what a vicious cycle.
The bottom leaves normally turn yellow and I end up snipping them off anyways.

I’d say she needs a feeding by looks of her
Promix hp only has enough nutes to last for week to two then you will need to feed that yellow could be also lack of nitrogen .

I second this! I’m in the same medium and was feeding before this. And had a very healthy veg phase.
