What is the longest you have waited for preflowers to develop?

Hey 420 land. Just curious about this. I am growing some Masters Mistress, I found some seeds in a couple bags I got from a company. They are in Sunshine Mix 4 under 300w Viparspectra 5W chips. Temp at 20°C/68°F and unsure of humidity. Not extremely high or low, probably right around 40%. They startrd in solo cups, then into 1 gal pots and into 2 gal pots on Feb. 28.

I'm on day 45 and still no sign of sex.

I think i might have slowed them down a little in week 2 or 3, when I underwatered (3 times they got really droopy) and they got a little rootbound in the cups as well. Other than that, everything has gone great. The nodes on the shoots are starting to alternate as well so I am surprised that there isn't any preflowers.
