What happens if I move?

I'm completely new to this whole thing and another question that has popped into my head is what happens if I move?

For the sake of an example lets say I live in Los Angeles, CA and have obtained a recommendation from a mmj doctor there. Then I move to Santa Clara county in CA within a year from getting my recommendation. Is it still valid in Santa Clara? Do I need to renew it when I move if its an in-state move? Will dispensaries accept out of county recommendations?

Thanks to all with any help on this.

Now this is all my own reasoning so take it for what it is.. Opinion.

I will assume that as long as LEO can scan it and it's valid that's all they care about.
You might even get a LEAP officer...

The one thing i remember reading is the recommending Doctor must be your primary care physician. Yet I read that Specialists can write recommendations. So I don't know.

So I doubt you have to get a new one.. You'll just need a new doctor the following year unless you continue to travel to see the old one.

Other than that I'm sure the card is good in any county of California.

Better be... I have to travel out of Stanislaus county to purchase. I can't wait... No worries driving home with clones in plain view LOL ... Better not tho...
