What happened?

Hey Grow Fam! Can somebody give me some insight on what happened. This gorilla glue has been growing beautifully the last two weeks up until 9 AM today. I cleaned out The bucket, added the nexts week’s nutrients, water 5.8, I did lower the light 5 inches.

Two hours later she looks sick and sad. I did clean out the bucket again just in case and redid everything fresh, and I raise the light back up to where it was. Could it be the light that I lowered too strong?

Ok so:
3 gallons of water ph 5.8
Temp 81
Humidity 55-60
Light was at 30” from top, I lowered it this morning to about 25”.

Nutrients I just started week 3. But I cleaned out the bucket and redid it fresh with week 2 again (someone’s advice, and raised the light back up). Some people told me it could be the light was too strong.

Roots are clean and white no slim or smell. I do use hydroguard too

Hold on.... You haven't used nutes till just now? Plain water?

What strength nutes and what brand

No I’ve been using nudes the whole time. I just started week three though

So you lowered the light (maybe try to put it back), you gave it nutes (looks dark green by the pics) I say raise your light back and be careful with the watering. Watering will release more nutes. The pics are not very good quality so I can’t get a good look at the leaves.

There looks to be some improvement from picture 2 to picture 3...think you found it with the light.

I understand. Very shitty lighting in that room. I moved light back up, I use general hydroponic nutes for a DWC system. She does seem to be perking back up. #Fingers crossed. Would too strong lighting to fast make them sag?
