What deficiency is my plant trying to tell me Magneseum ?

Hi I just started flowering today indoor closet operation it's what you gotta do living up north for winter and being in the city .. I just stopped veg nutes and going to get flower nutes soon but every plant I have is completely healthy except this one what could be my problem?
 
Close up pic - It curls up at the tip of the leaves and blacken a little bit I wouldn't know what this is caused from . And im also growing in the middle of winter the heat is on in the house all day long little fan for ventilation not much so wondering if its a c02 issue ? Help me out
