the plants 22 days old from seed.. i looked for bugs did'nt seen none dont think i spilled any nute's on it.. the hole plant looks fine except for thr hole.. i feed them once a week with foxfarm at half strength.. it's got me puzzled..

It just looks like the leaf split a little down a vein, I wouldn't worry about it.
