What color r good seeds

what color are seeds that will actualy grow its the brownish striped ones or white i thought it was brownish one s but someone told me white is right and i kinda need to no because i might start a grow outside soon i used to no but that was a year ago and i kinda forgot thanks

White,yellow and green are bad(not mature)
Tiger stripe and spotted brown are good.
