A couple of the leaves have weird curling you can see in the pics. I'm pretty sure it's not light related but I don't know what causes it. They look healthy to me other than that. They are 10 days old. Also one of the plants stem did a loopty loo and it's basically sitting on the soil, should I just toss it? I started with 6 but I'm only going to have room for 4 so I'll have to toss a couple anyway.

That the plant is a living thing is usually what causes some of these unusual looking twists and turns in young leaves as they grow.
Overall the plant looks healthy and any current concerns will be forgotten. Though by then you might become worried about something else the plant has started to do

I think I would be sorely tempted to un-loop that last plant. I don't see that going well as it gets larger. It could snap off and die, but maybe better now than after it has been growing for a month.

I would bury the loop when transplanting into its final pots. That way roots will develop along it from there. Worth a try either way if it does not suite you it's no big lose.
