I lanted some seed a 20 days ago and let them outdoor and i was waiting them to complete a month to give them more light ( natural day light is 12 hours those days) whats this? can you help plz?

Males don't flower like you want.

They produce pollen only. Seeing the pollen sacs means it is producing male flowers.

Unless u want seeds, I would chop them.

Yes, homektana, those are males. If you are growing sinsemilla (meaning "without seeds" in Spanish) you should cut them down.
