What are these little white bugs

I have a autoflower in a solo cup its on day 75 ive had these little white bugs in my runoff for about a month they don't do no damage they wiggle about the plants been perfectly heathy here's a pic anyone no what they are my plants in coco and clay pebbles

i think there springtails there harmless lol they stay in soil or coco don't go on plant
Or thrips. An in-focus close photo that shows if they have wings and wing shape would help.

If springtails as mentioned then not a problem.

If thrips then they should be treated to reduce or eliminate their population. Usually not found in water in the saucer but since it is a coco-pebbles grow that does change things a bit.

Hi pal my camera is trash i don't think there thrips ive not seen nothing flying or on leaves they stay in the coco
 
What is their actual size? It's hard for me to tell from your picture. There is one out by itself towards the bottom that I am pretty sure I can see little antennae on, which means they are almost certainly springtails.
