What are the spots showing up on my leaves?

I transplanted my plants yesterday and 2 out of 3 of them now show these spots on some of their leaves. I’m not sure if it’s because of the transplant, or some other reason.
Note: I used Mykos when transplanting.

Could be spilled nutes on leaves, should not be from the upcan.
myco is cool just micro life for soil, no burn or deficiencies there.

Gotta run myself but you are in good hands here - see what else comes in
This is what those spots are looking like today. I thought maybe it was light burn because I turned up the intensity of light a little bit. So the two plants that were affected, I removed some boxes from underneath them so they can be further from the light. Does it look like light burn to you?

Apologies- busy day! It does not look light traditional light burn, that’s taco or canoed up leaves for light / heat burn. But it could be the combo of spilled nutes & light burn where the water droplets & nutes plus lights cooked a small part. Have you checked with scope for mites, fungus gnats or thrips? I would prob hit leaf undersides with insecticidal soap too.

Looks like the early stages of thrips, where they're just stripping a layer off of the leaves to eat the inside...get 'em quick, I use this, and I have no bugs at all!!

Thanks Mocha, I’m not gonna jinx myself but I’ve not had the displeasure of meeting this crew so far, I’d like to keep it that way! Hope you understand...
Thanks for the reply! Where would thrips come from if I’m growing inside of a grow tent in my closet that doesn’t get a lot of traffic? I don’t really ever leave the house and I have no pets.

i agree split nutes and light ,

also i think your starting to get some nute burn leaves are a heavy green and burning around the edges are just starting Pic one is best example
How do I fix nute burn? I haven’t given the plants any nutrients ever, so it must be in the soil. I’m using Happy Frog. I’m wondering, if it is nute burn, is it because the soil touched my leaves when I was transplanting?

I'd agree with your diagnosis. Looks like bleaching to me. Do some more research on the light you use and what others have found to work best as far as intensity settings go. Your plant is not burning from nutes. In fact you'll need to be adding some soon.
