What a ride! Canadian gal and White Widow

Purchased my first ever seeds on line from Crop King this spring. I decided to go with the White Widow (fem) as I did not want the extra burden of figuring out the sex’s LOL.
They have exceeded my expectations, planted 5 expecting one or 2 to a no show, but of course they all came up.
Have been growing all 5 in a 4’x4’x80” high hydroponic tent.
First time grower, indoors with soil using one 400 Hps and 1 600w LED grow lights. I only used the LED for veg, and they seemed to loved it.
I am at that stage of “do I harvest now, or wait another week. I did take a sample 4 days ago, 100% head stone, very alert all senses raised up a notch . Test subjects loved it!

If you think they need more time before harvest, they usually do...

Read some threads on curing...your buds will be much better a few weeks after harvest.

I have gleaned some major tips and info on this forum, could not have done it alone.
Pics from start to 7 weeks flowering will be posted soon the pictures in my album are of 2 plants 7 weeks in flower and one lower bud that I plucked for taste testing. Test subjects were very happy

Tomorrow will be 8 weeks of flowering for my girls. I plucked a lower bud yesterday for testing, just going by visual at the moment. Is she or is she not ready, that is the question that is shadowing me all day. Hoping some experienced growers will take a look . I will defineately be buying a magnifier for my next grow.

Hi Rosie, your plants look great. Personally I think it's too early, but I wouldn't take my advice since I haven't even had a harvest before. I'm on my first grow, but what I keep hearing is, if you think it's time to harvest, wait a week. Of course that probably doesn't help coming from me and I'm sure a few others will chime in shortly to give some better advice.
When are you going to try your sample? I would love to hear your feedback on the effects and taste of the WW.

Hello MrSauga, thank you for checking my plants out. This is my exciting week!
I harvested 2 plants on day 64, and will be harvesting the rest on day 70 : )
I am very very happy with the results, has all the White Widow attributes, energy, creativity, anxiety and pain relieve. I was dancing and cleaning after a couple of puffs. Very smooth smoke, I did flush for 2 weeks with just water.
The seeds were purchased from Crop King, I have 4 seeds left that will be started at the end of August. Time to take a break and enjoy all the plant has to offer!
As I am in Canada, I will be posting more after October 17th : )
Super excited to share my grow, including what I have learned, and how I cut back on large hydro bills here in Canada.

Great little review Rosie, I can't wait til my WW are ready. I'm still a few months away so I'm trying to be calm and patient, but it's hard when I read what you wrote. I'm super stoked you enjoyed it. Well done Rosie.

The plants surpassed my expectations in size, which gave me a good excuse to harvest 2 at 64 days, to give more room for the others in the tent for 70 day harvest. I am very happy and relieved with the results so far...now the curing lessons begin
