What’s wrong with my plants? I’m new to this!

I noticed a problem with my plants since they hit flower unsure how to fix

Need more info, like grow medium, additional nutrients added, lighting, fans, etc.

It looks burned, which can be lights, fan or nutes....

There in pro mix soil useing holland secret nutes I’ve been feeding the shedual on the bottle every 3 or 4 days I water 1 to 2 litres each plant and I’m useing 1000 watt holland star leds

I have always heard that you should use HALF the recommended dosage...nutrient companies want you to use more, so you buy more. Lights should be at least 18-24" (50-75cm) above plant tops.
