Charleston, W.Va - The special legislative session in Charleston continues Thursday as lawmakers look for solutions to balance the state budget.
Some think medical marijuana could be a solution.
Five lawmakers are sponsoring a bill that would legalize and tax marijuana for medicinal use in the Mountain State.
One of the two Republicans co-sponsoring the bill is Delegate Pat McGeehan from Hancock County.
They joined three Democrats in pushing for the bill.
