The West Richland city councils is voting tonight on a medical marijuana moratorium resolution.
The city voted in favor of the resolution in August that would keep anybody from growing medical marijuana in collective gardens for six months.
The state passed a law recently that would allow medical marijuana to be grown in collective gardens.
Cities across the state have passed similar resolutions to collect information on how the gardens may impact communities.
The city council meeting begins tonight at 7:00 P.M.
