Nice case. I didn't see that on the website. ;)

Here is what I like about the Maze-X pipe:
  • It came with 3 extra glass bowls.
  • The glass bowl sits in a silicone base that is flat not rounded. Pipes with rounded bottoms drive me nuts.
  • There's a lid on the silicone base. I also love this because an open bowl gets knocked over and with a lid, it just doesn't matter.
  • It's super easy to clean.
The negatives?
  • It's heavier than I expected.
  • It doesn't fit in my purse.
  • Personally, I didn't feel it filtered as well as the Perfect Pipe (previous sponsor) does. But, that said, I'm still using the Maze-X rather than the PP because of the positive aspects I listed above.

I recently ordered from Weedgets and I have no problem whatsoever with their product that I tried. However, I do have an issue with their customer service. They sent me an email after my purchase asking for a review to help promote their product. In return they would send me a coupon for $10 off my next purchase. I completed the review and sent it in. Unfortunately, I never received the coupon. When I contacted customer service (Maria Vanna) I was told that she wasn't aware of any such promotion. When I pressed her about the $10 coupon, she told me that unless I could prove that I sent the email I would have to settle for another lessor offer. Again, I questioned her about honoring their commitment. I was told that I was just trying to get FREEBIES and I should go away and that they didn't want or need me as a customer. WOW! All I asked for was what they promised. I didn't ask for anything free! I don't care how good your product is.....Nothing is that good! I will spend my money with a company that is professional and honors their offers.

I ACTUALLY SPOKE TO YOU. We dont have that program and I told you that we have much better promotion for reviews with 20% OFF code. The reason why I asked for that email is to understand what our marketing team offers because I know for a fact we dont have $10 off program and for reviews we offer much bigger 20%. You continue to insists that you are right but failed not only to provide that email you got with that offer but also upon further checking there no review from you at all. So as much as you want to continue to lie we will not tolerate. We have over 50,000 customers and please do read the reviews about our customers service. But if you dont listen to what we are telling you there is not way you can be helped with made up stories. Best of luck to you

I like companies with "cochones"! - I know this online-customer-terror too well, but I hate the way most companies go and handle this. Mine isn't doing better and that is totally the wrong way!

I have no idea what programs and offers you have other than what's listed on your website. Yes, you did offer me 20% off. However, I wasn't looking for freebies just what I was promised. Hmmm, is it just me or does it seem rather convenient that you don't offer the program and now you never received my review. Isn't that interesting. I'm sure all of your prospective customers will fine this email enlightening. The 20% offered is to any customer that makes a purchase in July. Taking that into consideration, you didn't offer me anything for the review. Maria, you have not kept your word on anything that you told me so far. So, I would be extremely careful when you accuse somebody of being dishonest and lying.
BTW, just so you all know the reason I posted this review is because you, Maria, you told me to go ahead and post as many reviews as I like. I do keep my word and I will continue to let people know what kind of service they can or may expect when dealing with you.
In closing there was many different ways this could have been handled. Had you not been in such a hurry to blow me off and tell me to go away. Not to mention the fact that you repeatedly told me that you were not interested in my business or me as a customer, the situation might have had a different outcome.
