Website error and bank confirmation

Hello all
Don’t know if this is the right place but I need help
Yesterday I tried purchasing on the dr jimz website but got a couple errors. Strangly enough I received payment confirmation from my bank that I made CC payment twice . I emailed them but am not getting a response. I would really like to make a purchase
