Dunno how to delete the other 2 threads. And didn't know how or where to put them.

But.. what do u think of the thread? Or is u an outside dirt grower? Coco?

Just noticed you purple kush from last year. Nice. But when the leaves are reaching for the sky. Apparently they want more light, bro. I'v never grown so I'll just shut up lol

Well apparently dropping water on the roots every few hrs is good... I mean like soon as ur root are in the water theres hardly no reason at all to top feed, is there? Apparently helps get the salts off to.

Are you trying to suggest using the internal pump from your chiller to aerate the water with a waterfall?
Ok that makes a bit of sense Turbo

KISS. Don't try to reinvent the wheel your first go. Find a few people with setups on here that produce good results and clone that.

I believe you are talking about a top feed dwc. The top feed portion is usually discontinued after roots hit the reservoir as you noted because as Chris stated plants tend to end up drowning in top feed once they have submerged roots. With the right medium and a highly oxygenated solution with a big air gap yes you could run a top feed all the way through. I'm not sure what the flow rate for the chiller water pump is or how often it will run but that lack of control could contribute to drowning or dry plants.
