When I first started using cannabis medically for intractable pain from a broken back, we had no allowance for medical cannabis. I think we've come a long way, but to actually successfully grow a useable supply of medical cannabis takes a little bit of green thumb and somew experience - I will be approaching the legislature this next session to see about some sort of dispensary wording being added - thank you VT legislators, committed activists, and VT Hemp Council!
