Vetsmoke85 First Grow Stealth Cabinet

#2 had supped all her juice so had a feed yesterday afternoon. Here she is this morning looking pretty awful. Buds still seem to be growing though so I haven't lost all hope but I'm concerned.

#1's pot was dried up this morning so she's just had a feed with 1.5L water & 3.25ml each of Grow, Bloom & Topmax. She's got some purpling starting on the flower leaves but I'm hoping this is just genetics.

Here they are side by side.

Is #2 the one in the smaller pot?...wonder if she's just rootbound?
But,even if she is,I can't see it causing that kind of a problem, unless
it's messing with her nutrient uptake.
Just a thought...

This sounds like it may be something to think about...

Found this on Medicine Man Technologies website:

"a small container with a large plant will result in your plant becoming root bound. This will cause your plants to have problems with water retention and nutrient uptake, which in turn will starve your plant."

Entire article here:

**edit** hope a link like this is ok with the "powers that be"..

Ha ha. Well it's still here for now. Thanks mate. Not much I can do about that hey apart from just keep going and hope she makes it to the end. Yield and quality will probably be quite poor. She wasn't really planned so whatever I get is a bonus and she's helped me learn more. Mainly hoping #1 is starting to discolour because she is getting towards the end.

I know it's too late to do anything about it now- I was just thinking
it might be part of the reason that she stayed yellow, even with extra nutes.
#1 is at the point where she's going to start to fade no matter what,so she's
looking pretty normal.
Looking at the pics from Friday,It looks like they're both going to yield
quite a bit,yellow or not....

Definitely mate, I reckon it's highly likely that's the reason. Nothing seems to have picked her back up. Fingers crossed. Will be enough for me I'm sure and hopefully the quality will be there.

#2 had another feed today. She's still drinking it up at least.

Finished building the veg tent this morning so it's running now to check temp and rh. Not sure whether to pop the beans this week or not. Would have to leave the little ones unattended for 3 days when they're 1-2 weeks old.
Pictures of both girls today.

So this happened. I couldn't wait any longer. Ha ha. 1 x Candy Kush & 1 x Cream Mandarine. Seeds in the shot glasses to germinate and soil prepped for their first home. Planning to up pot twice on this grow.

Unattended is actually the best thing for seedlings-some folks practically "attend" them to death when all they really want is to be left alone...with a little light & water.
