:grinjoint:Hello all, I am a new member and am looking forward to adding to this already great community! I will be starting my very first grow as soon as I receive my order or Northern Lights seeds. In the meantime I am currently experimenting with my setup using bag seeds.

Setup:
36x20x62 Grow tent
MarsHydro 600w LED light
A 6 inch in line fan attached to a carbon filter with a speed control switch
Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil
PH up/down
No nutes at the moment
Here is what my setup looks like

Current test run has the temps staying between 75-85f
Humidity stays around 25-35%

Is my setup a solid foundation for my first grow? Open to any and all suggestions! I will keep you guys posted!

Update:
2 of the bagseeds I have planted have sprouted and are in the seedling stage! They are very dark green and one of them looks quite different.

Looking good, nice set up.:thumb: any questions feel free to ask away

Thank you! :cheesygrinsmiley:
During these warm summer months my temp occasionally hits 88-90f, if I happen to be here I open up the tent door a bit and point my ac directly into the tent this helps, however is there anyway I can lower the temp without having to open the tent door?

If you can pull the cooler air from the ac through your intake it will help. If you can't try bumping up you speed control to create more flow. When you have temp spikes you can alway put a frozen jug of water by the intake to help cool it as it comes in. I'm sure there's plenty of other ways tof do it. Hope it helps.

Thank you. I placed a frozen jug near the intake and it has helped keep it below 85!

Update:
Here are the same 2 seedlings at day 13.
