Ventilation help

I currently am building a grow room. It is a 10x8x6 concrete room with a single doorway in. The room is divided into 2 5x8x6 rooms by a wall built from 2x4 and panda plastic. The 30inch doorway between rooms is made from overlapping 30 inch pieces of panda plastic. How much ventilation will the back room need? Odor is not an issue and temps run in the 50 to 60 range.

Depends on how much light you put into it.

Oops. The flowering room is on a 600 watt hp. The front room is a 400 watt mh. How much light we use would go up if we increased the number of plants but atm we are going to start from a 10 pack of whitewidow seeds and go from there.
