I am a first time farmer and wanted to try the rubbermaid setup, as that is my only space at the moment. I have two 35g rubbermaid totes and will be planting three plants from seed to harvest. I understand everything that needs to be going on, but I have some questions:
1) How and where should I setup a carbon filter?
top of box? Side?
2) Is having a 230mm comptuer fan too big as an exhaust fan? I was going to put that on the top.
3) If I have three passive intake holes (2 inch pvc's), is this sufficient to create negative air flow?
