Im in the 2nd week of veg i have a 360 watt led with 4 60 watt cfl my question is can you mix cfl with led

Yes.

CFL is not the best way to go for flowering unless you have about 100w minimum per plant and thats a minimum, that is very low, but will work.

Either a combined amount = 4 x 26w per plant or 1 x 100w per plant or 2 x 60w per plant and thats actual watts, not equivilant.

Now if your using your 360w Led what is the actual watts it puts out?

If its only about 200w actual output mixed with the CFL per plant amount minimum you would get a decent little grow and i mean little.

The standard rule with Led lights or HPS/MH bulbs is minimum 50w per plant or per square foot = 12" x 12" square area.

Now it also depends on the grow space area your growing in to determine what light or lights would be recommended and to calculate how many plants could a person grow in such an area.

By the way a great light is the Mars Hydro Epistar 320 in a 4 x 4 x 6.5 or 8 height tent or grow area.

It puts out around 300-320w in veg mode and around 700-730w in flower mode.
