Veg 250w mh. any opinions?

Hi all, just looking for opinions.... all welcomed....
Currently growing hydro under a 600w hps, veg... bloom to harvest. thing is i want a seperate veg room to speed up production. im thinking of useing a 250w mh. i plan on veging 24/0 coz i need the heat produced by the lamp. I guess the question im asking is does anyone have anything negative or positive they would like to comment on regarding the use of a 250w mh??
(decided on a 250 not a 400 to save on power consumtion)

I've used a 250 hps with a scrog and had great results. if it's all you got use it. Just remember, the more lumens the better.

go for it, it's better then cfl's, how much more power does a 400 consume? Is it enough to deter going with a 400?
