Using old timers first time with batmix

as the heading states, I'm going to be using these nutrients and the batmix, atm they're in 6.5 Wilma pots with plagron light mix and they're going into 18 ltr with the batmix, 1/2 weeks veg then flipping to 12/12, any advice greatly appreciated. cheers
