Using oat milk as source for phosphorus

Hiya pretty much my plant is near the end and I want to give it one last bit of mainly phosphorus and maybe potassium without nitrogen but the only nutrients I currently have is 16-6-26 and won't bable to get more in time really. Just noticed the oat milk I have at home has both phosphorus and potassium in and was wondering if I could use this. Looking at the ingredients the things I'm not sure about mainly are the rapeseed oil and vitamin b12 and D2 guessing the oats shouldnt be a problem and everything thing else in the should be alright. Any input is much appreciated, will attach a picture of the ingredients on the carton.

Here's the ingredients and amounts of nutrients.
