Using FoxFarm schedule?

I have been going by this foxfarm schedule and it says to use twice a week so my question is if I'm only watering it twice a week is it cool to use the nutrients every time or should I do every other watering . Also my plant is outdoors in happy frog soil and it is in the 4th week of flowering i have been using tiger bloom and grow big

I personally heard when growing in soil like that to feed after every other watering but my plants are in fox farm soil and are in veg blooming could be a different ball game

The FF schedule says to: "Feed up to two times a week". It does not say to feed two times a week. Also, according to their website and what's printed on the bottle, you should only feed every other watering. And don't worry, you may be watering only twice a week now, but as your plants get bigger, you may be watering every other day, which is where I am at right now.

It’s my first grow and I really over watered and burned my plants at the beginning but they are recovering
