Update Tall seedlings: New Grower

I increased the light intensity. Just wondering if I’m doing something wrong. My seedlings are pretty tall compared to others. One of my seedlings leaves have brown spots. No idea of what the strain is. It was grown from a bag of something I thought smoked really well despite the seeds. I was wondering would it be beneficial to repot and bury some of the stem while adding a root hormone to the buried stem

If you can add soil around it that might stabilize but don’t want to speak for apoc
total upcan is a bit disruptive now but if you can do it gently..... idk?
If there's room to add soil I'd be all for that. Repotting can deffo wait until the leaves reach the cups edges.

Also quick question. Is it too early to tell the sex of this one? Sorry if I’m so sporadic

ok there is part of the problem - got any pics of lights and setup?

2 of the 100 watt incandescent bulbs are not enough could go with led replacements or cfl but cfl will need to be very close.... the 45 watt led might work for short time but most here are pushing anywhere from 300 to 600 watts led, bear in mind this is for bigger plants not a small seedling. Gotta have some space on strong leds like 24 to 36 inches so you don’t burn seedlings

I don’t have a picture of the set up but I will take some as soon as I arrive

IMO your seedling look pretty healthy. In my experience seedlings tend to be stretchy at first and then start growing thicker stems as time goes on.

Here is a picture of my seedling during week 1 (grown under a 45 watt led like yours):

As you can see they are stretched out with one even needing support. They grew perfectly well though, so I would say your seedling are fine.

To tell the sex of your plants you have to wait until they start flowering; males will form pollen sacs, and females start stacking buds. If you're really eager to know your plants' sexes there is a service where you mail a lab a plant leaf and they analyze it for you. It costs ~$10 if I recall correctly, I could try to find the link if you're interested.
