Unsure when to cut

Well another tent full of plants and the plants look done but the trichomes don’t, any help with knowing what milky is, is my phone light making them look clearer perhaps

What variety is it?
Getting there for sure i would estimate 7- 12 days
Looks lovely indica or cross

I still see some fresh pistils (stigma) there, plant seems very hungry and she is trying to make it to the finish line.

Beautiful lady my friend.
You still have a few white pistils.
I'd keep feeding her until they are crinkled in and red.
As long as she is still draining her pot she is still flowering.
How often are you feeding?
