Unknown strain , 12 weeks old , 3" to 4" and flowering

Hey everyone, just wondering if anyone could tell me what to do with this plant. It was bagseed and has been growing really slow for the last 12 weeks . the lower leaves died so I chopped them of and it has started flowering . Will it yield any decent sized buds? TIA
