Unknown issue 2 week old seedling (Dwc) all help appreciated

Hey.. so having some issues with my baby and hoping a could get some pointers on what I should do to fix them.
So I am currently at week 2 from sprouting started in a soil pellet, then moved to dwc, clay balls as i could not have it in the back yard as planned... ( Seemed like a clean transition with clean roots and minimal soil attached) That was roughly 6 days ago. I changed nutrients 3 days ago ( ran out of the last bottle and it wasn't hitting the EC I want (1.0) I have been working with 600 watt HP's globe roughly 24 inch away. I have another plant pant thriving next to it that is only about 1 week older so I can't imagine it to be the temp issue.. I am using ISN Supreme Grow nutrients A&B at 3.5 mls per litre (4 MLS is recommended) also with rhizotonic 2mls per litre and budlink silica 3.5mls per litre) I set the pH to 5.8..I'm lost and don't know what I'm doing wrong please help

Might have to top water a few times so the roots will chase their way down into the res…

the fan might be too close to the young seedling, it might be pulling moisture away making it harder to get started.

Have a few nice roots hanging in the res ATM, root system seems to be growing nicely.. the plant however isn't making much progress seems a lil stunted ATM tbh appreciate the advice heaps . will move the fan away and continue to make sure the res is topped up nicely. Legend

If moving the fan doesn’t fix it, while I’m not an HPS guy, but I think you have a little light bleaching/stress happening. The leaves look very light considering the nutes.

Noted, will look into that as well.. think that would more likely be from not close enough to the light or to much light for the plant this early if it's life? Appreciate you taking the time to comment btw
