Twisting growth and red stems

Is this all natural? Top growth tip has twisted and corkscrew type growth

Red on main stem and on tops of a few fan leaf stems. The red on stems appeared days after being burnt with light.

What you are seeing on the new growth there is perfectly normal. More yellow new growth and the leaves dont quite look right. She is telling you that her hormones are changing and shes ready to flower. Looks pretty good overall.

Is it too late to transplant to at least a 3 gallon pot? She looks really healthy but I think she might becoming root bound and thats where your problems might be occurring from. Imo

Pretty dark green along with clawing of a few leaves. Nothing big but starting to show signs.
Yes, definately slice the roots 4-5 times vertically.
That will help stimulate them to grow into the new soil.
