twin seedling? feed back please

i have germed a seed and out of a few hundred the first one to pop.out and start its new life has one stem and two sets of spades and now two heads has anyone encounterd this before . does this plant need any specific needs ect

Sweet an auto topped lol. Maybe that will be a trait at every node and cause a massive bud formation. I wonder if u keep it squatty u could probably make a bud that looks like a foot ball lol
