trimming week 1 of flower

Planter 8 weeks into veg and switching over to flower last week some leaves there's bigger to my hands together do I trim Lee to have maximum light

Everyone's going to have a different answer but I personally don't like to defoliate I would rather lollipop and keep all of my top websites nice and full and get rid of my lower and not high yielding branches

I do it 3 - 4 days in front of bloom and after stretch ~ 21 days of bloom.
Don't do it till stretch is over.

Like said many have different answers to that topic, we had some heated argues go around over defoliate or not so you wont get a clear answer.
