I don't know if trichomes have anything to do with cbd content but I do know clear trichomes mean too early, cloudy trichomes will give you more of a head high and amber trichomes will give you more of a body high. I hear most people like

It was my understanding that An amber thricome is an over ripe thricome, CBG is the precursor to THC and CBD, THC/CBD convert to CBN if flowered past there prime. Just looking for others peoples experience after testing etc
Sound about right! A plant can only produce what it is genetically available to it. So if a plants genetics limit the CBD content to 1% you won't get more than that period. But yes as the trichs age the CBD content rises so if it's CBD you're after, look for lots of amber .
