Boulder County Medical Cannabis Patient Being Prosecuted
Attend Jason's Trial Monday and Tuesday, Aug. 3 and 4
8:30 am to 4:30 pm
The trial is open to the public. You can stay for the whole thing or stop by just for a few minutes. It will make a huge difference to the Court and to Jason himself if we are able to fill the courtroom with support and positive vibes.
Tentative Schedule:
Monday and Tuesday, Aug. 3 and 4
8:30 am to 4:30 pm
(There will likely be a break in the proceedings around lunch time.)
Mon., Aug. 3: Jury selection in the morning, and Prosecution case in afternoon
Tues, Aug. 4: Defense presents its case to the jury
Where: Boulder County Justice Center
1777 6th Street (6th and Canyon) Boulder, CO
What to Bring: You will have to go through security screening, so bring as little as possible to the courthouse. Do not bring placards or wear political T-shirts out of respect to the Court. Cameras and recording equipment are not allowed unless you have been granted an application for expanded media coverage.
