Tri leaf auto-topping autoflower

Posted a few days ago in sick plants about a weird situation with a few of my sweet cheese seedlings. It looked like the third node started way to low and I couldn't find a new growth node on top. Well here it is a few days later and the girls still have no new growth node and the small leaf seems to be a part of the second leaf set that just took a few extra days to come out. You can just start to see a branch set coming out. Will these turn into two tops and continue growing or am I wasting time energy and space for nothing? These are sixty day plants at eight days old.

They are probably busy growing roots, so the topside will seem a bit slow at first. It's good that you have a tight node interval. You don't want stretched out seedlings. Be patient with them. Pretty soon they will grow faster.
