Transplanting large plants techniques (over 3 ft)

Welcome, i am a few weeks away from harvest (last week of nute schedule but might extend until i feel they are ready). My plants are pushing 4 ft and are in maybe 4 1/2 gallon pots. Im growing in a 6 ft box so space is an issue but i feel i could switch up to a fat lowes bucket or something. Im sure in the pots my plants roots are all tangled and whatnot being 103 days old and 59 in flower.

Would it be beneficial to try and transplant my ladies? or should i ride it out for a few weeks? And if transplanting is the way to go how would one go about that, I handled smaller plants with ease, but my nearly 4 ft hoes with buds feel like it would be a good deal harder (and shit im only 6 ft tall myself include the pot that there in i only have like a foot of clearance to flip them out)

any advise appreciated

It can be done reasonable easy but not worth the hassle for the last few weeks of flowering, its not really going to achieve any better results tho & may suffer with transplant shock if you so wish to pot up to a larger container.
